JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group announced today that it has closed the sale of two Marriott-branded, select-service hotels in New England. The hotels include Fairfield Inn Boston Woburn/Burlington in Woburn, Massachusetts and Fairfield Inn Portsmouth Seacoast in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
