Raffles Beijing Hotel to Be Renamed Beijing Hotel NUO

On 1st December 2016, Luxury Brand NUO, managed under Key International Hotels Management Co., Ltd., will add a second hotel to its portfolio. Raffles Beijing Hotel will be renamed Beijing Hotel NUO. The landmark hotel which was opened in 1917 is one of the oldest Luxury hotels in China and has witnessed many historic events over the last 100 years.

New Build Hotel Indigo to Open 2020 in Brisbane

InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) and Pointcorp, have signed a management agreement for a new build Hotel Indigo, to be located in Brisbane’s cultural and creative heartbeat – Fortitude Valley. The 140-room hotel on 458 Brunswick Street is the first Hotel Indigo signing for Australia and New Zealand and is due to open in 2020.

Marriott International Announces the Signing of Four New Hotels in Mexico

As part of a visit to Mexico, Arne Sorenson, President and CEO of Marriott International, Inc., last week, announced the signing of four hotels in the country. Following an aggressive expansion strategy in one of the region’s key markets, Marriott expects to add the new properties to its existing portfolio of 70 hotels.

Hampton by Hilton Lodz Hotel to Open 2018 in Poland

Hilton Worldwide (NYSE: HLT) has reached a franchise agreement with VHM Management Sp. z o.o. to open a second hotel in the city of Lodz. Construction has begun of a mixed tower block on Piotrowska Street which will see the 149 guest room Hampton by Hilton Lodz open in early 2018.
