AJ Capital Partners announced today that it has acquired the Hilton Eugene in Eugene, Oregon. The hotel will continue to operate as Hilton Eugene until year end, after which, it will begin a comprehensive renovation to convert to Graduate Eugene, part of the Graduate Hotels collection.
