Dunkin’ Donuts announced today the signing of a multi-unit store development agreement with new franchise group, Eliasco, LLC, to develop 15 new restaurants in the Minneapolis-St. Paul South Metro area including the surrounding cities of Apple Valley, Burnsville, Eagan, Lakeville, St. Paul, West St. Paul, Woodbury, and other communities south of the Metro area.

Hilton’s family of hotels will have a new 160-room hotel in downtown St. Paul, MN; the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton St. Paul Downtown/ Xcel Energy Center. The property is expected to be completed in October 2016. The five story hotel will be located at 200 West 7th St. next to the Xcel Energy Center and will provide valet parking in its attached parking garage.
