For generations the hotel served as one of New York’s most preferred addresses and now, The Barclay is celebrating its return following a $180 million, 20-month top-to-bottom renovation with more than 420,000-square-feet of redesigned interiors.

IHG® Announces New-Build InterContinental® Hotel Coming to San Diego

InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), one of the world’s leading hotel companies, today announces the development of a new InterContinental® Hotels & Resorts property in San Diego by Lankford-Phelps-Portman (LPP), a development partnership. Set to open in 2018, the 400-room hotel will be part of a multi-phase mixed-use development, known as BRIC, on the former site of Lane Field in the North Embarcadero area of downtown San Diego.
