VICI Properties Inc. (NYSE: VICI) announced today that the Company has agreed to provide a mezzanine loan investment for up to $59.0 million to Great Wolf Resorts, Inc. related to the development of Great Wolf Lodge South Florida, a more than $250 million family resort project in Collier County, FL.
