Fort Worth-based Crescent Real Estate LLC (Crescent) today announced that its recently established investment fund acquired the Rosewood Crescent hotel. The hotel will be independently operated and renamed Hotel Crescent Court, returning the historic, iconic name to the Texas landmark.
