A Gencom-led partnership with White Bridge Capital has acquired the 652-room InterContinental Miami, a 34-story waterfront hotel at 100 Chopin Plaza in Downtown Miami. The deal expands GencomÕs luxury hospitality portfolio and marks its second InterContinental acquisition following its purchase of the InterContinental New York Times Square in late 2025.
