The project, which will span across three hectares facing the Pacific Ocean, will be developed by Consorcio Hotelero Sudamericano and is set to open at the end of 2024. Its development will have a special focus on the environment to promote sustainability, using eco-friendly materials, renewable energy and water conversation efforts.
