The tranche includes five restaurant properties (BJ’s Restaurant, Black Angus Steakhouse, Bonefish Grill, Olive Garden, IHOP and Wendy’s) and three non-restaurant properties (Huntington Bank, FedEx Kinko’s, and a local car wash).
