Commonwealth Hotels, LLC has added the Courtyard by Marriott and Residence Inn & Suites Dayton Beavercreek hotels to their portfolio, effective April 2, 2018. The addition of the Marriott hotels marks the management company’s nationwide portfolio to 46 properties with over 5,600 rooms.
