IMH Financial Corporation has acquired MacArthur Place Hotel & Spa, an upscale 64-room hotel situated on a five-acre parcel in Sonoma, California. The Scottsdale-based group also manages L’Auberge de Sedona and Orchards Inn, both in Sedona, Arizona.
