Condor Hospitality Trust, Inc. (NYSE American: CDOR) today announced that it has closed on the acquisition of two Marriott-branded hotels for $38,800,000. The closing includes the following hotels: the Fairfield Inn & Suites El Paso Airport and the Residence Inn Austin Airport.

Hilton has signed a management agreement with Gelasius Vastgoedmaatschappij B.V and Service Hotel and Resort International B.V. to open The Monastery Hotel Koningsbosch, Curio Collection by Hilton. The hotel, close to the German and Belgian borders in the Dutch province of Limburg, is set to open in 2020, marking the brand’s debut in the Netherlands.

Okura Nikko Hotel Management Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Hotel Okura Co., Ltd., announced today that it will open Hotel JAL City Sapporo Nakajima Park in 2019 on Japan’s northernmost main island of Hokkaido. The company has signed a contract with Sapporo NK Management LLC to operate and manage the new hotel.
