Ocean House Management (OHM) announced it will assist Wykeham Rise Hotel Partners in developing Wykeham Rise and subsequently manage the property upon opening. The 27-acre luxury inn broke ground on April 1st, with an anticipated opening date in summer 2019 in Washington, Connecticut, 80 miles north of New York City.
