Steve C. Quintana, President of HawksView Hospitality, has arranged the sale of two hotels – the Hampton Inn & Suites and the Super 8 both hotels are located in Parker, Colorado. The Hampton Inn & Suites has 84 rooms and was built in 2006. The Super 8 has 74 rooms and was built in 2002.
