Brandt Niehaus, president of Huff, Niehaus & Associates, has negotiated the sale of the Holiday Inn Express Indy NW-Park 100 located in Indianapolis, Indiana. The 121 room hotel sold for $6 million and will remain a Holiday Inn Express until brand updates to Best Western Plus are completed by year-end.
