A new property adjacent to the University of Texas campus will feature both the Autograph Collection and AC Hotels by Marriott brands, White Lodging announced today. The hotel investment, development and management company also released further details on a 615-room Marriott in downtown Austin, adjacent to the Austin Convention Center.

Hilton’s family of hotels will have a new 160-room hotel in downtown St. Paul, MN; the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton St. Paul Downtown/ Xcel Energy Center. The property is expected to be completed in October 2016. The five story hotel will be located at 200 West 7th St. next to the Xcel Energy Center and will provide valet parking in its attached parking garage.
