Under the terms of the agreement, which has been unanimously approved by both companies’ Board of Directors and Executive Management Team, Ohm Patel will serve as the merged company’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Aakash Patel, will serve as its Chief Development Officer (CDO).
